Looks like it's missing us - going south to Brownsville. But we sure need the rain. It would be a great day to stay in bed!

Yes, I thought that as I woke up at 4:30 to drive to Austin. In the rain.
Whew. Avoided another bowling ball.
I must admire a woman's relish to stay in bed.
Wish we had gotten MORE rain! After the 4:30 a.m. thunderstorm we just had a few 2-minute showers today. At least now the news will SHUT UP about it!
Well, I spoke too soon, didn't I? We sure got that rain today! It was wonderful - I stayed in bed until 10:30 this morning!
Thank God that storm is over. One more "Hello Dolly" headline, and I would have offed myself.
