You know things are slow when the weather is the "hot" topic here outside the box. But I am not complaining - I'd much rather have peace than drama. However, "hot" definitely does not describe the temperature of late, though I hear that is about to change. Bring it on.
Easter has come and gone with nary an egg to be found. It was an odd feeling, staying home - no dinners, no people, no plastic eggs stepped on in the early morning hours. Am I becoming anti-social? I'm sure this will pass...
I'm excited about a speaking gig that I just landed - in Maryland! I'm going up there to give them my Self-care presentation in October. A couple of years ago, I never thought I would be pursuing a speaking career. I used to shake and stammer when talking to any group, no matter how small. Funny how things seem to unfold like that.

At Easter and other such occasions, it's good to at least have a choice of whether to congregate and do dinners or stay alone and keep things quiet.
I had no real choice this year, or last, and I for SURE know that for the rest of this year, I will make the choice to be around people.
Who is your audience? I know you're excited. That will be fun! Videos? YouTube perhaps?
Have a great time in Maryland. I still just hate speaking in front of a large group. Give me just a few people, and I'm ok - but a big crowd - I hardly remember what I said.
