i have a confession to make. i bought something from an infomercial. *hangs head* i comfort myself by telling myself that at least it wasn't a spam email or something, but i still feel cheesy.

the product, however, has been most beneficial. you know how i am always complaining about headaches? well, this is a home tens machine that relaxes the muscles that cause my headaches. i can lie down with that little device for 20 - 30 minutes and get up feeling almost new. i would have it attached permanently if i could.
