the 'net is so bad for my motivation. i can surf for literally hours. that's bad in case you were wondering. i am about to go work out for the first time in weeks. my blood pressure and pulse are up - that couldn't have anything to do with all the fat and sugar i have consumed in the last couple of months, could it? pair that with nary a workout and you've got a pretty unhealthy individual.
yes, it's time for a change. i made a new flyer for my private practice. it says something about letting me help you make your new year's resolutions a reality. if i am going to expend energy on other people in this regard, i think i should give myself the same consideration.
2005 goal update:
1. spent time in prayer and devotionals - need to expand prayer time
2. am about to go do my power yoga tape
3. no sweets today so far
4. no random acts of kindness today, but yesterday i gave the pizza guy a $10 tip
