Eeek! My girl still believes there's a tooth fairy. As she is Punkin's best friend, what do we do?? Eeeeek!

what is the going rate for a tooth these days anyway??? Do you think the tooth fairy would visit my house if I "lost" some teeth??? I'm freakin' broke!!
