open road ahead

the happiness fairy woke me up at 4:30am. i opened my eyes, guessing it was 1am, and there it was already 4:30 (still an ungodly early/late hour if you ask me). but i felt well-rested, so i got up. i had dealt with a nasty migraine yesterday and fell asleep earlier than usual last night. however, now i am finding myself feeling tired. i've already been up for 3.5 hours. perhaps it's just psychosomatic.

i had 2 clients scheduled for today, but they both had to reschedule. i have had so many clients with car problems lately!! and you know i can empathize. today is day 12 sans car - though the dealer called yesterday to tell me they should be done this morning. yeah, i'm holding my breath.

so anyhoo...that leaves me with an entire day, free of direct business obligations! what shall i do? get a massage? lie around and read? take a nap? DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU'RE TALKING TO? apparently not, if you agreed with any of the aforementioned activities. you made me capitalize. *sulk*

i have a "to do" list longer than your crazy uncle homer's toenails. the fun part will be going shopping for school attire with the punkin this afternoon. since we have a dress code, it will be challenging to find stylish school attire that doesn't break any rules. we registered her for school yesterday morning, and she's raring to go!

hmmm...maybe i could fit in a massage, eh?
